when it comes to internet you get some of the stupidest people ever! and old! i mean how hard is it to understand that we only support the issues with the net access and e-mail, we don't care if you can't remember your favorite website, or if it's to hard to figure out a site, or even that your computer is pooched. your net works? great, your NIC is fried, not my problem.
